As part of our growing team, you'll work alongside experienced QA and Manufacturing teams to ensure quality is built into every stage of the product lifecycle, gain hands-on experience with cutting edge technologies and turn innovative ideas into reality, from concept development and prototyping to high-volume production.

The Senior QA Engineer provides technical leadership in Quality Assurance, ensuring products and processes meet quality standards, customer requirements and regulatory expectations. The role drives problem-solving, corrective actions, quality improvement, and cross-functional collaboration to maintain product integrity and customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead QA activities, quality systems and process compliance within assigned areas.
• Drive CAPA, 8D, root cause analysis and corrective actions for quality issues.Investigate and resolve non-conformances, customer complaints and quality escalations.
• Support quality risk assessments, process validation, FMEA, Control Plans and change control.
• Monitor quality KPIs and trends; identify and drive continuous improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with Production and Engineering to resolve quality issues and improve processes.
• Conduct or support internal, customer, and supplier audits and corrective actions.
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to QA inspectors.Maintain compliance with applicable quality, regulatory and customer requirements.
• Exercise quality authority to recommend containment, production holds or product release decisions when risks are identified.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of QA/QC experience, preferably in precision optics, micro-injection molding or advanced manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of CAPA, 8D, FMEA, Control Plans, SPC and root cause analysis.
• Experience with QMS, audits, non-conformance management and customer quality requirements.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and effectively across Production, Engineering and Quality teams.
• Demonstrated commitment to quality excellence, continuous improvement, and zero-defect principles.
