Manager / Senior Manager, Business Excellence & Quality Systems

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain ISO 9001 quality management systems across business functions.
• Plan and conduct internal audits and support external/certification audits.
• Monitor audit findings, non-conformities and corrective actions through timely closure.
• Maintain and improve quality policies, procedures, SOPs and related documentation.
• Support management reviews and provide guidance on ISO compliance requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement and business process improvement initiatives.
• Identify opportunities for process redesign, productivity improvement, automation and digitalisation.
• Lead cross-functional improvement projects with business stakeholders.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Business, Quality Management or a related discipline.
• At least 8 years of relevant experience in quality systems, business excellence or continuous improvement.
• Strong hands-on experience with ISO 9001 is essential.
• Experience conducting internal and external ISO audits and managing corrective actions.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt / Black Belt certification is advantageous.
• Experience in BPR, change management or process improvement is advantageous.
• PMP / PRINCE2 certification and exposure to HSE, sustainability or ISO 14001 will be advantageous.
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
