Admin Assistant

• Maintenance of Science Lab and Math Room
• Purchasing small Science experiment materials
• Preparing for experiments, performance tasks, learning stations and practical tests
• Providing general administrative services
• Printing, sorting, laminating, binding, shredding, counting and scanning of materials
• Printing of worksheets for remedials etc
• Distributing magazines and teaching materials etc to classrooms
• Relief timetabling and informing teachers
• Any other duties as assigned by HOD Science, HOD Maths or Admin Manager.

Qualification:

• The Personnel must have at least 2 years of relevant experience in school administration.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to multitask, work both independently and as a team
• Good team player with a high level of initiative
