QA Engineer (Automotive / ISO22301)

Responsibilities

• Report to the Head of Quality and manage the ISO 9001 QMS, ISO 22301 BCMS, and project Quality Assurance Plans.
• Drive continuous improvement and strengthen quality awareness across the organization.
• Conduct product inspections, acceptance testing, and risk assessments at all production stages.
• Develop inspection methodsand acceptance criteria.
• Plan and conduct internal,supplier, customer, and certification audits.
• Work closely with customers, suppliers, and operations teams to ensure quality and manufacturing compliance.
• Monitor quality KPIs and provide reports for data-driven decisions.
• Manage non-conformities, root cause analysis (RCA), and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
• Handle customer complaints and drive timely resolution.

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma inMechanical, Industrial, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on QMS experience in metalworking or automotive engineering.
• Experience with product inspection, wiring, acceptance testing, and customer/supplier coordination.
• Good knowledge of QMS implementation, maintenance, and mechanical fabrication requirements.
• Able to work independently and troubleshoot manufacturing quality issues on-site.
