General Manager

The General Manager – Digital Marketing & Integrated Media Business will establish and scale Mengsi Trading's digital marketing and media commercialization operations. This senior leader must have a full career track record from frontline sales to regional general management in digital media, with hands-on experience in programmatic advertising platforms, alliance advertising networks, and influencer/MCN commercialization, enhanced by AI-driven marketing capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and lead direct client and channel sales systems for brand advertising across regional markets to achieve annual revenue targets
• Develop and scale a programmatic marketing technology platform to deliver automated, data-driven advertising solutions that generate sustainable revenue
• Establish and operate an alliance/performance advertising network by expanding publisher and partner relationships to grow performance-based marketing revenue
• Launch and manage an influencer commercialization (MCN) system targeting verticals such as gaming, internet services, and consumer businesses
• Champion AI application within programmatic and influencer marketing by building integrated marketing data-analytics models to improve targeting, efficiency, and ROI
• Own full P&L responsibility for the marketing and media business unit, driving it to become a core revenue pillar of the company
• Recruit, develop, and lead a multi-disciplinary team of up to 100 employees across sales, technology, content, and operations
• Represent Mengsi Trading Pte Ltd in industry forums and award submissions to enhance the company’s reputation for marketing excellence and innovation
• Collaborate with senior management and the Board to define strategic direction, including market expansion and M&A opportunities
