Job Responsibilities

1. Preparation of Lesson Materials
⁃ Printing and stapling (can be automated)
⁃ Laminating

2. Assisting Tutors with Welfare Purchases
⁃ Helping to purchase or collect monthly welfare items (e.g., Starbucks and Chicha)

3. Stocking the Welfare Corner
⁃ Ensuring that the shelves and fridge are fully stocked and tidy
⁃ Refilling the water dispenser

4. Maintaining Cleanliness
⁃ Ensuring that the area is clean and tidy
⁃ Disposing of carton boxes
⁃ Wiping down tables after the last lesson of the day
⁃ Replacing the trash bag and taking it out at the end of your shift
⁃ Arranging the general area and ensuring that the centre is well maintained and tidy

5. Daily Stock-Taking
⁃ Recording inventory items during your shift

6. Other Ad Hoc Duties
⁃ Handling student registrations, if required
⁃ Confidently answering walk-in queries
⁃ Opening and locking up the centres

Remuneration

• Monday - Fridays: $10/hour

• Saturday & Sundays: $12/hour

Requirements

• Minimally a Polytechnic Diploma or GCE A-Level certificate

• Positive attitude and energetic approach

• Be a self starter and take initiative

• Tidy and organized in nature

• Confident in speaking to parents/ handling enquiries

• Accountable & communicative

• Willing to travel to different outlets if necessary
