Job Summary

Lead the sales department to achieve monthly targets by managing and motivating a team of beauticians and therapists, driving sales of services and skincare products while delivering excellent customer support.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a sales team of beauticians and therapists to consistently achieve monthly sales targets
• Develop and implement targeted sales strategies to increase revenue from beauty services and skincare products
• Coach and support team members to improve their sales techniques and customer service effectiveness
• Manage customer interactions to ensure high satisfaction and encourage repeat business
• Monitor sales performance metrics regularly and adjust sales plans to meet or exceed targets
• Foster a positive and collaborative team environment to enhance engagement and productivity
