Job Summary

We are seeking an Assistant Branch Manager to lead sales efforts at our Kovan outlet, driving monthly sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service in a high-end aesthetic medical clinic.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the sales department to achieve monthly company sales targets
• Independently drive sales initiatives and motivate the sales team to deliver results
• Provide customer support and promote aesthetic medical services including Botox, injectable treatments, and advanced laser technologies
• Apply strong leadership skills to develop and guide the sales team for optimal performance
• Communicate effectively with customers to understand needs and provide persuasive solutions
• Close sales successfully by applying strong persuasive and negotiation skills
• Maintain a professional and outgoing demeanor to enhance customer experience
