1409 Admin Support Officer/ Clementi

Contract Period: From 1 Jan 2027 to 31 Dec 2027

Option to extend: From 1 Jan 2028 to 31 Dec 2028

Personnel to be deployed at the following hours:

• Mondays, Tuesdays and Fridays: 7am to 5pm, Wednesdays and Thursdays: 7am to 4.30pm, inclusive of one (1) hour lunch break, subject to changes based on School’s needs.

*On occasions when the School closes early, staff may be directed or permitted to leave prior to the standard end time. Daily working hours remain subject to adjustment at the School’s discretion based on operational needs, provided overall total working hours are maintained.

• Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays

Requirements:

The Personnel shall have the following qualifications, skills and experience: Admin Support Officer

• Minimally ‘N’ Level or equivalent;

• Proficient in Microsoft Office software applications.

• Possess front desk experience including phone enquires.

• Experience within a school environment is preferred.

• Preferably First Aid Certified

Job Scopes：

The Services required are set out as follows: Admin Support Officer

• To attend to enquiries including walk-in, call-in and follow up with customers’ enquiries;

• To administer first aid and keep a record of sick/injured students;

• To manage incoming and outgoing mails

• To assist in receiving and distribution of goods;

• To assist in filing, recording of lost-and-found items and perform other ad-hoc and simple administrative duties as and when necessary.
