Position : Receptionist

Salary : $14.12 per hour

Contract period : Immediate – 20 Nov 26

Working hours:

• Mondays to Fridays : 7.00am to 3.00pm
• Lunch break ; 45 mins
• Subject to client requirements and schedule

Your duties and responsibilities include but are not restricted to the following:

• Provide front-line customer service (deals with walk-ins and phone queries) for School and MOE Kindergarten
• Provide administrative support such as contacting parents, printing, scanning, photocopying, filing and simple data entry and data collation.
• Handling of students who are not feeling well, late comers and early dismissals.
• Carry out any other administrative duties assigned by School Leaders, Administration Manager and Operation Manager.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum GCE N/O-Level or equivalent qualification.
• Good verbal and written communication skills to communicate effectively with parents, students, staff and visitors.
• Comfortable handling front-line customer service, telephone enquiries and walk-in enquiries.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and follow instructions and established procedures.
• Prior experience in reception, customer service, administration or a school environment will be an advantage.
