Job Summary

Join established M&E consultant firms as an Executive Engineer (Mechanical/Electrical) to lead building services design from concept to detail, liaise with authorities, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver projects within budget and schedule.

Responsibilities

• Assist Professional Engineer in preparing, liaising, and following up on Authority Submission to ensure compliance and timely approvals
• Collaborate with Clients, Architects, Structural Engineers, and Quantity Surveyors to develop designs from concept through detailed stages
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in design results to maintain accuracy and quality
• Manage project tasks independently to complete primary design elements for building services including ACMV, HVAC, plumbing and sanitary, Electrical, ELV, and Fire Protection
• Apply BIM Modelling skills to support design coordination and visualization
• Deliver work aligned with agreed budgets and schedules with minimal supervision

Required competencies and certifications

• Bachelor Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering from a recognized institution
• Familiarity with building codes and authority submission procedures

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with multidisciplinary teams
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as a team player
