Your Responsibilities: -

• Develop and grow strategic key accounts to drive revenue growth and support the company’s business objectives in Singapore.

• Provide technical sales expertise, consultation, and solution-based recommendations to clients for electrical products, identifying opportunities to expand existing accounts and penetrate new markets.

• Manage the end-to-end sales process, including project take-offs, quotations, technical submittals, order negotiation and closing, while ensuring timely resolution of customer requirements and issues.

• Achieve and exceed assigned sales, revenue, and gross margin targets across designated accounts and territories.

• Identify and understand customers’ technical and commercial requirements while gathering market intelligence, competitive insights, and industry trends to strengthen business strategies.

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders at all levels of customer organizations, including contractors, consultants, developers, distributors, and technical and procurement teams.

• Develop a strong understanding of electrical products, applications, market dynamics, industry developments, and competitive offerings to provide informed technical and commercial solutions.

• Identify new business opportunities, projects, applications, and market segments, developing strategies to increase market penetration and strengthen the company’s position within the industrial sector.

You will need: -

• Possess a valid Class 3 driving license
• Minimum Electrical Engineering qualification or equivalent.
• Preferably with 1-2 years of hands-on sales experience.
