Job scope:
- Lead project planning, scheduling, budgeting, costing, and execution strategy.
- Manage project scope, risks, resources, procurement, contracts, and change control.
- Develop and implement project execution, HSE, quality, and control plans.
- Monitor project cost, schedule, performance, and contractor/vendor activities.
- Oversee engineering reviews, construction, installation, FAT/SAT, inspections, and commissioning.
- Manage statutory approvals, claims, deficiencies, handover, and project close-out.
- Drive projects to meet cost, schedule, quality, safety, and customer requirements.
