- Salary: $3,000- $3,700
- Location: Nearest Mrt: Siglap
- Working Days: 5.5 Days Work Week
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm, Saturday 8.30am to 1pm
Job Description:
- Administrative work relating to providing patients with medical services;
- Communication with patients and relatives as regards their medical condition;
- Dealing with payments/insurance claims with regard to medical services rendered to patients;
- Administrative work relating to medisave / private integrated plans submissions;
- Communication with insurance company representative, clinic staff, accountants, patients and relatives with regards to claims;
- Preparing cheque refunds for patients; and
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management
Requirements
- At least 1 year experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
