Site Supervisor

The site General Foreman is a pivotal leadership role modelon the construction site.

Acting as the primary link between the site workforce andproject management.

Responsible for directly supervising all workers,

Coordinating daily activities.

Ensuring the highest standards of safety and quality,

Driving project to achieved milestones to successfulcompletion.

The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with aproven track record of leading by example.

Job Description:

· Plan, implement and manage construction tasks inaccordance with priorities and goals

· Assign tasks to construction workers

· Produce employee and project schedules

· Supervise and train workers

· Ensure manpower and resources are adequate

· Guarantee all safety precautions and quality standards aremet

· Manage and guide the use of machinery and equipment

· Monitor expenditure and ensure it remains within budget

· Oversee the construction activities and progress, plan,implement and monitor work

· Schedule in accordance to the master and detailed workprogramme

· Handle of technical and engineering problems

· Maintain quality standards, carry out site inspections andresolve technical issues on time

· Supervise ongoing site activities closely

Requirements:

· Excellent knowledge of construction operations andequipment

· Familiarity with blueprints

· Good time-management skill
