Retail Sales Associate (Luxury Watches) | Commission + Variable Bonus

🕐 Working Hours: 44 Hours Per Week | Retail Roster

Roles & Responsibilities

• Promote and introduce luxury timepieces to customers based on their needs and preferences.
• Provide professional and attentive customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Build and maintain good relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Develop and maintain a customer network to support sales opportunities.
• Attend and assist with corporate events, customer events and boutique activities.
• Work closely with team members to achieve boutique sales and customer service objectives.
• Maintain boutique housekeeping, product presentation and service standards.
• Support the day-to-day operations of the boutique.
• Perform other relevant duties as assigned.

Requirements

• GCE N/O Level or equivalent.
• Relevant retail sales or customer service experience is an advantage.
• Candidates with more relevant experience may be considered for a senior appointment.
• Customer-oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Comfortable working retail hours, including weekends and public holidays, based on roster.
• Able to work effectively as part of a team.

Salary & Benefits

• Basic Salary: $1,800
• Fixed Meal Allowance: $200
• Sales Commission
• Variable Bonus – subject to company performance
• Overtime compensation where applicable
• Rotating rest/off days

Working Arrangement

• 44-hour work week
• Retail roster within approximately 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM
• Required to work weekends and public holidays according to roster
• Rotating rest/off days
