Project Manager - Constrcution Trade

Summary

Experienced Project Management Manager with solid hands-on experience handling Design & Build, New Build, and A&A projects in Singapore. Strong understanding of Architectural, Structural, M&E, Plumbing& Sanitary, Fire Protection, and ACMV works. Able to manage projects from planning to completion, including coordination, cost control, and site execution. Comfortable working with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and authorities to get things done smoothly. Focused on delivering projects safely, on time, and within budget.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Design & Build, New Build and and A&A (Addition & Alteration) projects from start to completion.
• Oversee project planning, budget, schedule, manpower, procurement and site execution.
• Coordinate and manage Architectural, Structural, M&E, Plumbing & Sanitary, Fire Protection and ACMV works.
• Work closely with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and authorities.
• Review drawings and resolve design and site issues.
• Monitor project progress and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality and statutory requirements.
• Attend project meetings and provide regular updates to management.
• Manage project team and ensure smooth coordination between all parties.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of Project Manager experience in Singapore construction industry.
• Proven experience in Design & Build, New Build projects and/or A&A (Addition & Alteration) projects.
• Strong knowledge of Architectural, Structural, M&E, Plumbing & Sanitary, Fire Protection and ACMV works.
• Able to review drawings and coordinate across all construction disciplines.
• Familiar with BCA, SCDF, PUB, MOM and local construction requirements.
• Able to coordinate and work effectively with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, authorities and internal project teams.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple projects.
• 5.5 work/week
• Monday to Friday (9 AM to 6 PM)
• Saturday (9 AM to 1 PM)
