About the Role

We are seeking a Registered Lift and Escalator Inspector (LEI) to join our growing statutory inspection practice in Singapore.

This role offers a strong career pathway towards Specialist Professional Engineer (SPE - Lift & Escalator) for motivated candidates, with hands-on exposure to statutory inspections, PTO processes, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist Specialist Professional Engineer (SPE – L&E) in statutory inspections and testing of lift and escalator systems

- Attend site inspections and support inspection activities across multiple projects

- Liaise with clients and contractors on defect rectification and compliance matters

- Prepare and submit inspection documentation through BCA LEAP system

- Support engineering and regulatory coordination for compliance with BCA and WSHA requirements

Requirements

- Registered Lift and Escalator Inspector (LEI) with IES Singapore (mandatory)

- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering disciplines

- Familiar with Singapore lift and escalator regulations and inspection processes

- Strong coordination and communication skills

- Willingness to learn and progress towards higher professional qualifications (SPE track)
