Job Requirements

• Previous experience in kitchen operations, food preparation or cooking will be an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of food preparation, cooking methods and kitchen hygiene.
• Able to follow recipes, food portions and instructions accurately.
• Responsible, organised and able to work well with the kitchen team.
• Willing to work according to the operational schedule and support additional duties when required.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist with daily food preparation and cooking according to menu requirements and portion standards.
• Maintain proper food hygiene, cleanliness and kitchen safety in accordance with established procedures.
• Assist with ingredient preparation, meal portioning, serving and general kitchen operations.
