Inpatient 3 Shift Senior / Staff Nurse - Caldecott

• Deliver Quality Patient Care – Provide safe, competent, and individualized nursing care, including patient assessment, monitoring, medication administration, wound care, and implementation of care plans.
• Coordinate Patient Care – Work closely with physicians and the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless patient care, treatment planning, follow-up, and continuity of care.
• Patient & Family Support – Build strong relationships with patients and their families/caregivers by providing education, updates, emotional support, and addressing their care needs.
• Maintain Clinical Standards & Compliance – Ensure accurate documentation, infection control, medication management, confidentiality, and compliance with Singapore Nursing Board standards and legal requirements.
• Ensure Patient Safety & Resource Management – Promote a safe care environment by monitoring patient safety, reporting incidents, managing medical equipment, and ensuring appropriate use of supplies and consumables.
• Mentor & Collaborate with Team Members – Support junior nurses through mentoring and buddying while working effectively with colleagues to deliver high-quality patient care.
• Drive Professional Development & Continuous Improvement – Keep up to date with industry best practices, maintain workplace organization, participate in continuous improvement initiatives, and perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

• At least a Diploma inNursing from the local Polytechnic and registered with Singapore Nursing Board.
• Post-registration experience in a hospital or hospice setting preferred.
• Knowledgein IT and systems.
• Passion to serve andprovide excellent customer service to various stakeholders.
• Meticulous andaccurate.
• Good interpersonal andcommunication skills.
• Willing to contribute as an effective team-player.
• Able to perform under pressure.
