Human Resources Manager

Job Responsibilities

• Manage the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, employee records, and offboarding.
• Prepare and maintain employment contracts, work pass applications, and HR documentation.
• Liaise with government agencies, including the Ministry of Manpower (MOM), when required.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore employment laws and company policies.
• Maintain personnel files and HR databases.
• Coordinate staff training, performance appraisal, and employee engagement activities.
• Handle employee inquiries and provide HR administrative support.
• Perform other HR and administrative duties assigned by management.
• Working hours are from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday to Friday.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• At least 2 years of relevant HR experience.
• Familiar with Singapore Employment Act and MOM regulations.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Able to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
