Commercial Affairs Manager

- Develop and Execute Commercial Strategies and Business Plans for the group to drive growth for the Company
- Collaborate with Internal Group/Teams to identify opportunities and prioritize initiatives supporting business expansion
- Lead in regional business planning including seeking financial targets and resource allocation and organisational capability needs
- Monitor business performance metrics and address emerging risks and opportunities proactively
- Drive integration of newly acquired businesses
Candidate Profile
_ Must have at least 15 years of experience in the logistics industry
_ Must have at least N1 - advance (Highest JLPT level) to communicate and correspond with management. This includes regular weekly and monthly reports and presentations in the Japanese language.
_ Experience in managing fleet/ shipping operations an advantage
_ Experience managing multi- country operations preferred
_ Must have Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
