Responsibilities
•Design and develop SSG- and industry-aligned courseware in areas such as AI, FinTech, Leadership, HR, and Soft Skills. Deliverables include:
o Course outlines and proposals
o Trainer guides and facilitator notes
o Learner materials and job aids
o Presentation slide decks
o Practical activities, labs, role-plays, and case studies
o Assessment instruments (formative and summative), including marking rubrics
• Map learning outcomes to relevant competency standards and performance criteria (e.g. SSG and/or Institute of Banking and Finance frameworks where applicable).
• For FinTech or banking programmes:
o Support Institute of Banking and Finance accreditation requirements in collaboration with the Academic Lead
o Prepare documentation such as competency mapping, assessment approaches, evidence packs, and trainer/SME profiles
• Develop authentic, workplace-based scenarios and applied use cases aligned with target job roles

Requirements
• At least 5 years of relevant industry experience in one or more of the following areas: AI, Data, or IT
o FinTech, banking, or financial services
o Leadership development
o HR or organisational development
o Customer service or professional skills
• Demonstrated experience applying knowledge in real workplace settings (e.g. delivering solutions, leading initiatives, implementing programmes, or enabling teams)
• Proven experience in curriculum design, instructional design, adult learning, or training content development
• Strong understanding of competency-based training and assessment (T&A), with the ability to translate learning outcomes into measurable and assessable performance
• For FinTech/banking programmes:
o Familiarity with Institute of Banking and Finance competency standards or experience supporting
o Institute of Banking and Finance accreditation submissions is an advantage
• Familiarity with WSQ framework and SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG) requirements is an advantage
• Relevant certification in the field of Learning & Development such as ACTA, ACLP, DACE, DDDLP or equivalent Adult Education certification is advantageous
• Strong writing and documentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts into clear, structured, and learner-friendly materials
