Job Summary

You will define system scope and objectives, act as a liaison between clients and technical teams, and develop solution requirements to drive effective technology implementations.

Responsibilities

• Define system scope and objectives by applying knowledge of information technology and industry requirements
• Liaise between clients and technical teams to elicit, document, analyze, and validate business processes, systems, and solution requirements using strong communication skills
• Research, identify, and specify effective solutions to business and technical problems proactively
• Support and conduct visualization, user experience, and configuration activities during solution design
• Document requirement specifications using established high-maturity methods, processes, and tools
• Support requirements management and change management processes to ensure alignment with business needs
• Contribute to business cycle activities including proposals, feasibility studies, and solution implementations
• Evaluate business implications of applying technology within the current business environment to inform decision-making
• Develop and execute acceptance test plans and test cases to validate solution functionality and quality

Required competencies and certifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical or business discipline or equivalent experience
• 4 to 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role
