Maison WeCraft is the procurement and logistics arm associated with WeCraft Group. As our FF&E and bespoke-fabrication volume grows across live projects, including overseas work, we are seeking a Senior Procurement & Logistics Executive to own sourcing, purchasing and the physical movement of goods end-to-end.

This is a one-year fixed-term contract with Maison WeCraft, renewable.

You will turn the design team's FF&E and finishes specifications into ordered, expedited, quality-checked and delivered items, managing suppliers, budgets, lead times, freight, customs and installation logistics. You will be the operational backbone that lets WeCraft's designs be realised on time and on budget, and the bridge between Maison WeCraft and the WeCraft Group studios.

About Maison WeCraft

Maison WeCraft is the procurement, sourcing and trading arm associated with WeCraft Group. It is responsible for the sourcing, supply and logistics of furniture, fittings and equipment, collectors' pieces and art, servicing WeCraft Group's design projects as well as Maison WeCraft's own clients.

WeCraft Group is an interdisciplinary design house working across architecture, interior architecture, product and furniture design, and project management. We are headquartered in Singapore, with projects in Thailand and Japan.

Our work spans high-end residential, cinema and entertainment, restaurant and bar, hospitality and, distinctively, yacht interiors. We integrate creative vision with fabrication and construction delivery: we guide and oversee build quality from concept to installation, and we hold the sourcing and quality-control process ourselves, working with craftspeople, fabricators and builders in Singapore and the region.

We transform inventive ideas into environments of enduring beauty, integrity and function. We are looking for people who want to accomplish the same within a team workplace culture.

What you will do

- Source and negotiate with suppliers, fabricators and artisans for furniture, fixtures, finishes and bespoke items to design specification and budget.

- Raise and manage purchase orders; track budgets, deposits, lead times and payment milestones.

- Plan and coordinate logistics, freight, shipping, customs and import, warehousing, delivery and installation, including for overseas projects.

- Coordinate quality control and inspection of goods against specification, samples and mock-ups before dispatch and on receipt.

- Maintain a supplier and vendor database, comparative pricing and a record of lead times and reliability.

- Work hand-in-hand with WeCraft Group designers and project leads to align procurement with design intent and programme.

- Maintain accurate cost records and support project cost reporting.

- Manage risk on lead times and supply, flagging issues early and proposing alternatives.

What you bring

- At least 5 years of procurement, purchasing and/or logistics experience, ideally in interiors, FF&E, furniture, fit-out or construction, with an established supplier network.

- Strong supplier negotiation and vendor-management skills.

- Working knowledge of freight, shipping, customs and import processes, including cross-border / overseas delivery.

- Excellent organisation, numeracy and attention to detail; comfortable managing budgets and lead times under pressure.

- Strong communication skills and the ability to coordinate across design, suppliers and logistics partners.

- This role does not offer work-pass sponsorship; applicants must already be authorised to work in Singapore.

Software

Procurement / ERP or order-management systems, strong Excel / spreadsheets, and project-management or tracking tools. Familiarity with FF&E schedules and specifications is an advantage.

What success looks like in the first 6 to 12 months

- Procurement and deliveries run to budget and programme, with issues flagged and resolved early.

- A reliable, well-priced supplier network and a clean, current vendor and cost database are in place.

- Designers and project leads trust procurement to deliver specification-faithful items on time.

Compensation

SGD 3,500 - 5,000 per month, commensurate with experience, plus a discretionary performance bonus.

Benefits and the full compensation package are discussed with shortlisted candidates.

Beyond technical skill, we hire for attitude. The people who thrive at Maison WeCraft are:

- Owners: driven, proactive and eager to grow, pushing work forward rather than waiting to be told.

- Problem-solvers: resourceful and resilient, working through design and technical challenges to practical solutions.

- Team players: collaborative, communicative and generous, strengthening studio culture across our Singapore team and our international collaborators.
