Marketing Campaigns & Promotions Expert (Contract)

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimise marketing campaigns and promotional programmes across products and international markets.

• Develop campaign briefs, timelines, messaging, and channel plans aligned with business objectives.

• Manage campaign calendars and coordinate with regional teams to adapt campaigns for local audiences.

• Deliver campaigns across email, social media, paid advertising, partnerships, and owned channels.

• Design promotional programmes, including rewards, referrals, limited-time offers, and seasonal promotions, to support customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.

• Manage campaign budgets, monitor spending, and evaluate return on investment.

• Track campaign performance, conduct post-campaign analysis, and use testing and customer insights to improve results.

• Collaborate with Product, Operations, Creative, and regional teams to ensure timely delivery and clear reporting.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in campaign management, promotions, performance marketing, or a related field.

• Experience marketing consumer products or services in a fast-paced environment.

• Proven ability to manage multi-channel campaigns from planning through execution and evaluation.

• Practical experience designing and managing rewards, referral programmes, or other promotional offers.

• Strong analytical skills, including campaign performance tracking, reporting, and optimisation.

• Experience managing budgets and delivering against measurable business targets.

• Strong project management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple campaigns and deadlines.

• Clear communication and cross-functional collaboration skills, with ownership of campaign outcomes.

Nice to Have

• Experience managing campaigns across multiple countries or regions.

• Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM), marketing automation, and campaign reporting tools.

• Experience using audience segmentation and A/B testing to improve campaign effectiveness.
