Senior HR & Admin Executive
About this job
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Senior HR & Admin Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is proactive, organised, and able to support both daily HR operations and general office administration in a fast-paced construction environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide general administrative and clerical support to ensure smooth office operations.
Assist with day-to-day HR administration, including maintaining employee records, ensuring documents are updated, and supporting HR processes.
Manage office and pantry supplies to ensure availability and cost control.
Arrange business travel requirements such as air tickets and hotel bookings.
Assist in preparing and submitting admin-related payment requisitions via the Company’s internal system.
Support employee relations matters, including attendance tracking, leave management, and coordination of staff welfare activities.
Assist in drafting, issuing, and distributing company documents, memos, notices, and announcements.
Handle workers’ attendance records and assist in payroll computations (e.g., overtime hours).
Assist in workers' work pass applications, renewals, and related workflows.
Support any other HR and administrative tasks assigned by the management.
Requirements
Degree or equivalent qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 8 years of experience in HR and Administration; experience in construction industry is highly advantageous.
Strong understanding of general office administration and HR support functions.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Word and Excel.
Strong communication skills with tact, integrity, and good interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in both English and Chinese is required to liaise with Chinese-speaking colleagues and business associates.
Good organisational skills with attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information.
Working Hours:
Monday–Friday: 9:00am – 6:00pm
Alternate Saturdays: 9:00am – 1:00pm (WFH arrangement available after 3 months of probation.)
