Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Manager to lead daily operations, manpower planning, client relations, and overall performance. You will develop strategies, manage resources, supervise teams, and drive business objectives efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and oversee daily business and operational activities to ensure smooth workflow and goal achievement
• Develop and implement operational strategies and business improvement plans to enhance efficiency and growth
• Manage manpower planning, staff deployment, and resource allocation to optimize operational capacity
• Supervise and evaluate supervisors and operational teams to maintain high performance standards
• Monitor service quality, productivity, operational costs, and performance metrics to ensure targets are met
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and business partners to support business objectives
• Review operational reports and provide actionable recommendations to senior management
• Identify business and operational issues and implement effective solutions to resolve challenges
• Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, workplace safety standards, and relevant regulations
• Manage budgets, operational expenses, and resource requirements to maintain financial control
• Support business development activities including quotations, tenders, and exploring new opportunities
• Lead staff meetings, training sessions, performance reviews, and operational briefings to align teams
• Prepare management reports and provide strategic recommendations for business growth
• Perform other managerial duties as assigned by senior management
