Cisco UCM Support Engineer

Cisco UCM / AV / VOIP - Support Engineer

· Administer and support Cisco UCM / Unified Communications Manager environments.

· Administer and support Cisco Webex Cloud services.

· Design, implement and support interoperability between:

o Cisco Video Conferencing

o Cisco UCM

o Webex Cloud

o Zoom, Teams

· Support Cisco Room Series, Webex Room devices, codecs, collaboration endpoints and associated peripherals.

· Provide L2/L3operational support for conference rooms and collaboration technologies.

· Plan and execute VC technology refresh projects.

· Provide technical support for Client Events and other high-profile corporate events.

· Collaborate closely with the Global Design team to align with the latest room design standards and updates.

· Coordinate with the Places team and AV vendors to ensure design accuracy and technical alignment.
