SAP S/4HANA Project Manager

The successful candidate will:

• Own end-to-end delivery acrossall phases (Prepare, Explore, Realize, Deploy, Run) against the agreedschedule, budget and scope baseline.

• Serve as the single point ofcontact to the DSO project sponsor and steering committee; chair steering, andrun the governance cadence and escalation path.

• Manage the integrated projectplan, critical path, and inter-workstream dependencies acrossFinance-to-Manage, Hire-to-Retire, Procure-to-Pay and technical/dataworkstreams.

• Own the risk and issueregister, change control process, and variation management.

• Lead the delivery teamincluding functional leads, technical/Basis, data migration, security andauthorisations, testing and OCM, plus subcontractors where applicable.

• Control commercials — resourceloading, invoicing milestones, effort tracking against the tendered effortbaseline, and margin protection.

• Own quality gates and deliverable acceptance, including the acceptance criteria defined in the contract..

• Manage cutover and hypercare, including go/no-go decision preparation and post-go-live stabilisation.

Relevant SAP Implementation Experience

Minimum: 12+ years SAP delivery experience, of which 5+ years in project management roles and at least two full-lifecycle S/4HANA implementations led end-to-end (not brownfield support, not phase-only involvement).
