About this job
Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Campaign Learning: Work closely with the marketing and culinary teams to assist in the full campaign lifecycle—from initial brainstorming and menu concepting to actual campaign execution and post-launch performance tracking.
Content Creation & AI Design: Utilize modern AI tools and design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) to create engaging social media graphics, promotional videos, and compelling marketing copy.
Social Media Management: Assist in scheduling and executing content calendars across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and XiaoHongShu, interacting with our online audience.
On-Ground & Outlet Marketing: Coordinate the printing, delivery, and setup of Point-of-Sale materials (menus, standees, posters) across our restaurant outlets.
Public Relations & Media Support: Assist in organizing food tastings, liaising with media/food influencers, and tracking media coverage.
Department Support: Assist with day-to-day administrative duties, invoice processing, and monitoring online customer feedback.
Requirements
Education: Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Fresh graduates with no prior experience are welcome to apply!
Attitude (Essential): A positive, growth-oriented mindset with a strong willingness to learn new skills and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Tech & Design Comfort: Comfortable using or learning AI tools and design software such as Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, etc.).
Passionate About F&B: Keen interest in learning the F&B industry and discovering how food campaigns come to life.
Team Player: Excellent communication skills, detail-oriented, and eager to thrive in a collaborative, supportive team.
