Job Responsibilities

• Assist with daily finance and accounting operations.

• Process invoices, payments and other financial transactions accurately and promptly.

• Perform data entry and maintain proper financial records and documentation.

• Assist with account reconciliations and the preparation of financial reports.

• Support month-end closing activities and other finance-related processes.

• Liaise with internal departments and external parties on finance-related matters.

• Assist in resolving discrepancies and following up on outstanding transactions.

• Provide general administrative and operational support to the Finance team.

• Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or other relevant disciplines.

• Basic understanding of accounting and finance principles.

• Meticulous, organised and able to work with numbers accurately.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Able to work independently as well as in a team.
