Sales Operation Analyst

Our client is a leading Multinational Technology company. This is a 12 month contract renewable role.
Join our client's APAC Field Sales Operations team to provide pivotal sales administration, data analytics, and regional backup coverage across APAC markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales Administration & Operations: Manage CRM data hygiene, account/partner mapping, deal registrations, and account standardization. Triage and track sales rep reconciliation and compensation/commission calculation issues to resolution.

• Regional Backup Support: Provide backup coverage for ANZ, SEA, and India Field Sales Operations during leave and peak periods to ensure smooth execution of forecast submissions, pipeline reporting, and sales cadences.

• Data Analysis & Business Insights: Conduct ad-hoc data analysis, prepare QBR/planning materials, monitor CRM data quality for dashboards, and analyze regional sales trends to identify efficiency improvements.

• Knowledge Management: Maintain the APAC Sales Ops wiki, updating process documentation, calendars, directories, and self-service reference materials for regional teams.
  

  Job Requirements:
  

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 5+ years of experience in sales operations, sales support/administration, business or data analysis, or a related field.
• Strong Excel skills required; familiarity with CRM tools (Microsoft Dynamics and/or Salesforce) and BI reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau) preferred
• High proficiency in English (written and oral); able to work across multiple APAC markets and time zones
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy, particularly for data entry and forecast/pipeline submissions
• Well organized and reliable; able to manage multiple concurrent requests from different regional stakeholders
• Able to work independently, exercise discretion with confidential sales data, and prioritize under time-sensitive deadlines (e.g., forecast cutoffs)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable coordinating with stakeholders across the region
