Service Relationship Manager, FI (Equity)

Partner with internal portfolio strategists, research analysts, and sales teams to manage and deliver high-touch relationship management for regional institutional clients.

• Drive day-to-day engagement with high-net-worth and institutional clients, acting as the primary point of contact for portfolio inquiries.

• Conduct in-person portfolio performance reviews and communicate top-down investment strategies, market outlooks, and allocation adjustments.

• Partner with regional business development teams to support prospective client meetings and expand the institutional account roster.

• Maintain comprehensive client records within internal management systems and ensure strict alignment with organizational service standards.

• Execute regular travel across the region to meet with institutional decision-makers and build long-term trust.

skills and experience required.

• Minimum 4 years of experience within asset management, institutional client servicing, or investment sales.

• Strong background in applying financial concepts such as portfolio weightings, risk metrics, and performance attribution models.

• Proven experience building long-term relationships with institutional investors or high-net-worth clients across regional markets.

• Exceptional oral and written communication skills with the ability to present market strategies to senior stakeholders.

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or equivalent professional experience.
