Job Description

• Position Title: Junior Events Project Coordinator
• Working Location: North – East
• Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 6:00pm
• Salary Package: Basic Salary up to $3,000 + Commission + Performance Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating events and projects with clients, vendors, and suppliers.
• Follow up on schedules, quotations, approvals, and project requirements.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and simple presentation materials.
• Support client communications and provide project updates.
• Coordinate with vendors for event participation and placements.
• Support enquiries and coordination for event lighting projects.
• Attend site visits, meetings, and project planning sessions.
• Assist with event setups, festive lighting installations, and on-site activities.
• Maintain project schedules, invoices, documents, and records.
• Work closely with the operations and project teams to ensure smooth project delivery.

• Minimum Diploma in any discipline.
• Good communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
• Organised, responsible, proactive, and willing to learn.
• Comfortable communicating with clients, vendors, and suppliers.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and basic spreadsheets.
• Knowledge of Canva and Google Workspace is advantageous.
• Comfortable travelling to project sites when required.
• Event experience is not required; training and guidance will be provided.
