About this job
- Enter and process customer orders accurately in the system
- Liaise with customers to clarify orders and provide updates
- Coordinate with the Supply Chain team for smooth order fulfilment
- Maintain accurate records and monitor order status
- Identify and resolve order discrepancies or issues
- Handle purchase and sales activities
- Perform general administrative support as required
- Update and manage orders using Sage / ERP system
