Job Summary

CEC (Cornerstone Engineering & Construction) seeks a Project Sales & Project Coordinator to manage construction and event projects, driving client engagement, project execution, and logistics coordination with a hands-on, proactive approach.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to client enquiries and conduct consultations to understand project needs
• Prepare accurate quotations and follow up with potential clients to secure business opportunities
• Coordinate construction projects from initial planning through to successful completion, ensuring milestones are met
• Support event logistics and manage on-site coordination to deliver seamless event execution
• Liaise effectively with clients, suppliers, contractors, and internal teams to facilitate smooth project workflows
• Manage multiple project timelines and logistics, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and client expectations
• Apply construction knowledge and industry experience to anticipate challenges and propose solutions
• Work independently and proactively to resolve issues and maintain project momentum
• Communicate confidently with clients to build trust and foster long-term relationships
• Maintain high levels of organization and attention to detail across all project activities
• Be willing to work on-site as required to oversee project progress and address on-ground needs

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Construction knowledge or relevant industry experience
