Senior/Marketing Executive (Automation)

Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute marketing activities to maximise business impact and lead generation.

• Monitor and evaluate campaign results based on key performance indicators.

• Analyse results and identify areas for improvement to enhance future marketing activities.

• Conduct research on new and existing market opportunities and potential customer segments.

• Identify industries with growth potential, such as research institutions, robotics, biomedical and electric vehicle sectors.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information in the CRM system.

• Manage and improve the customer database to support business development activities.

• Identify opportunities to expand the customer base.

• Communicate with customers via phone, email and site visits to understand their needs.

• Provide appropriate solutions based on customer requirements and available information.

• Follow up with customers and ensure their enquiries are properly addressed.

• Support the sales team with reports, data analysis and market information.

• Analyse sales data to identify potential business opportunities.

• Assist with sales administrative work and other ad-hoc tasks.
  

Requirement:

• At least Degree in Marketing, Business and Engineering

• Minimum 3 to 6 years of relevant Marketing experience
