Accountant (Full Sets / Hand On)

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare full sets of company accounts in accordance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS), including general ledger, trial balance, balance sheet, income statement, cash flow statement, and journal listings on a monthly basis.

• Review company accounts prepared under Indonesian Financial Reporting Standards (PSAK) to ensure bookkeeping records are accurate and up to date.

• Prepare and maintain balance sheet, income statement, and trading profit schedules, including fixed assets, right-of-use assets, expected credit loss, bank reconciliations, provisions, prepayments, accruals, lease liabilities, and advances.

• Support year-end statutory audits, group audit reporting, and consolidation activities, including review of intercompany transactions and reconciliation statements.

• Assist with forecasting and budgeting exercises in accordance with corporate guidelines.

• Review and support GST/VAT, ECI, and Corporate Income Tax calculations, submissions, reporting, and related payment matters.

• Liaise and coordinate with external auditors, tax agents, corporate secretarial firms, government authorities.

• Work closely with internal stakeholders and subsidiaries on intercompany activities, reporting matters, and operational requirements.

• Support new process and system implementations, and assist with ad-hoc finance, administrative, and operational assignments when required.

Job Requirements:

• Degree or equivalent qualification in accounting, or a related field.

• Relevant experience in Full sets accounts.
