Commercial Leader - Second Hand Business Model

PURPOSE

I scale the sales of second hand (Second Life, Buyback, Upcycling) products through omni sales and moving towards zero product waste. Based in a store, I build the impact in the whole country.

RESPONSIBILITY 1: Co-constructing and deploying my circular sales project

Action

1. Build a local Commercial Policy

2. Build a Business plan for Resell (including Second Life, Buyback & Upcycling items)

3. Commercial circularity local offers

4. I am aware of my environment, and I adapt my circular business strategy

5. I drive operational excellence

6. Building an Omni channel circular business with presence on and offline

7. Co-Build with CSLs / DSLs the Omni How to sell for Resell throughout the offer

RESPONSIBILITY 2: Animate and drive the Resell strategies locally to improve customer satisfaction instore & online.

Selling of second hand products online and offline coming from the return of our user, damaged products, our buyback or Upcycling. I work in a store and at a country level.

Actions

1. Animate the selling model inside of each store based on the size and local strategy

2. I build and develop my online sales through the different platforms in collaboration with the different stores.

3. I ensure that all my buyback, upcycling, second life items are available both online and offline following the priority and flow I have defined.

4. I decide my commercial activation to guarantee my ambition through planning and execution of campaigns & events

5. Cowork with the circular economy ops leader the material needed for the implementation

6. Create/duplicate the monitoring tools and the implementation tools needed second life animation

7. Animate the generated TO at national level with the support of the store Resell relays

8. In collaboration with the workshop team revise and educate on the return policy and refurbishment quality

9. Monitoring and providing a satisfying customer experience through omni strategy

10. I build and lead the training for all leaders at a city level, I create my pool of trainers.

RESPONSIBILITY 3: Towards Zero Products Waste

1. Monitor the defective rate of the items in the country and find ways to close the loop through recycling models
2. Animate monthly the stores relay to move towards zero waste
3. Ensure process followed and updated on zero waste policy
