Logistic Executive

Job Responsibilities

• Handle shipping and logistics documentation, including invoices, packing lists, Bills of Lading (B/L) and shipping instructions
• Coordinate and monitor shipments to ensure timely and smooth delivery
• Liaise with suppliers, customers, freight forwarders, shipping lines and other external parties
• Follow up on outstanding shipping documents, approvals and shipment status
• Prepare and submit shipping documents for customer checking and approval
• Assist with Letter of Credit (L/C), payment and bank documentation processes
• Support AR/AP follow-up and shipment release arrangements
• Maintain accurate shipment records and update information in the relevant systems
• Assist with marine cargo insurance and other shipment-related documentation
• Handle customer enquiries and coordinate amendments or document requests
• Support the team with ad hoc logistics and shipment-related duties
• Work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple shipments and deadlines

Job Requirements

• Diploma orrelevant qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration or arelated discipline preferred.
• Previousexperience in logistics, shipping, documentation, administration or customerservice is advantageous.
• Candidateswith strong organisational and administrative abilities but limited logisticsexperience may be considered.
• Proficiencyin Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
• Experiencewith ERP systems is an advantage.
