We are seeking a B2B Sales Associate to join Align Plus and play a key role in expanding our business client base across Singapore. This opportunity is suited for individuals who enjoy engaging with people, building strong professional connections, and growing in a dynamic sales environment.

Responsibilities:

• Act as a professional representative of the company when interacting with prospective clients

• Conduct outreach to businesses through calls and face-to-face engagement

• Build and maintain lasting relationships to drive repeat opportunities

• Manage leads, perform timely follow-ups, and support deal conversions

• Work closely with the team to ensure a smooth and positive client journey

Requirements:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Driven, proactive, and goal-oriented mindset

• Willingness to learn and develop new skills in sales

• No prior experience required — training will be provided

• Comfortable working independently and meeting clients on-site

Commitment & Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, regular office hours
