Business Development, Broking Executive (General Insurance) Urgent !!!

Job Responsibilities:

• Serve as a key contact for brokers and intermediaries, handling quotations, renewals, endorsements, policy servicing and underwriting enquiries.
• Support underwriting activities by reviewing submissions, calculating premiums and coordinating policy processing with internal departments.
• Manage renewal accounts, follow up on outstanding documentation and ensure timely conversion of hold-covered risks into issued policies.
• Administer bond-related business, including preparation of approval papers, review of Letters of Indemnity (LOI) and coordination of document issuance and collection.
• Prepare underwriting and claims reports while ensuring compliance with company guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with brokers, intermediaries and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth business and policy administration.
  

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Insurance, Business, Finance or a related discipline.
• Relevant experience in general insurance, broking, underwriting or policy administration.
• Experience in broker/intermediary management and underwriting support is preferred.
• Good organisational, communication and coordination skills, with strong attention to detail.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and work independently.
