Process Engineer (Electrical Manufacturing)

Responsibilities

• Review and improve factory and production processes.
• Prepare documentation for customer audits and compliance requirements.
• Work closely with factories to ensure quality and supplier compliance.
• Coordinate with production and management teams across different countries.
• Prepare presentations, process documentation, and tracking reports.
• Support process improvement projects and other assigned initiatives.

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Willing to travel overseas for 1–2 weeks per trip, approximately once every quarter.
• Detail-oriented with good communication and coordination skills.
