About this job
Job Description
- To prepare M&E works schedule based on the project master schedule
- To monitor the shop drawings and material submission
- To check & verified that M&E drawing is compliant to authorities’ requirements
- To check M&E drawings and highlight if there are discrepancies and/or conflicts with the architectural and structural elements
- To prepare progress report
- To coordinate between sub-contractors and project team to ensure smooth delivery of work including resolution of design and construction issues
- To monitor the installation work as per coordinated
- Responsible in conduct inspection &/or testing of building works and documented inspection records upon verification by RE/RTO
- Follow up on necessary rectification work & other follow up tasks.
- To monitor all sub-contractor to provide drawing as per coordinated
- To guide M&E supervisor on site work as per coordinated
Requirements
- Min. of 3-5 years relevant experience in the Singapore Construction Industry
- Recognised Degree/Diploma in either Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
