Crude Tanker Shipbroker

Summary of Job Role:

EA Gibson Shipbrokers are looking to recruit an experienced Tanker Shipbroker in our Singapore office. For this role you will ideally have at least 3+ years’ experience, speak fluent English, be motivated and driven to succeed, and have a network of chartering/owning clients. Working aboard ship experience is preferred.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Work alongside an established team of brokers located both East and West, extending their client base and identifying and developing new potential business.
• Building relationships with clients and providing information both face to face and by phone/email.
• Facilitating and executing deals between parties, directly and co broking with teammates.
• Gathering data from the market and helping to coordinate information within our bespoke technology system.
