About this job

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Corporate Secretarial Executive/ Senior Executive to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with a solid understanding of Singapore corporate compliance who enjoys working closely with clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

Corporate Secretarial & Compliance

  • Prepare, review, and file statutory documents in accordance with the Singapore Companies Act and ACRA requirements

  • Handle ACRA BizFile submissions, including changes of officers, annual returns, and other statutory filings

  • Manage IRAS e-stamping for share transfers in a timely and accurate manner

  • Maintain and update statutory registers, company records, directors’ and shareholders’ information

Meetings & Governance

  • experience in Coordinate and support board meetings and shareholders’ meetings (plus point)

  • Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, resolutions, and related corporate documentation

Client & Regulatory Liaison

  • Act as a key point of contact for clients / business development team and regulatory authorities (e.g. ACRA, IRAS)
  • Ensure timely and accurate submission of documents and information
  • Maintain strong clients/ business relationships through regular communication and support
  • Support daily administrative and business operations

Compliance & Risk Management

  • Review and maintain KYC / CDD documentation for new and existing clients, with a focus on high-risk profiles

  • Ensure ongoing compliance with applicable laws and regulatory standards

Professional Development & Special Projects

  • Attend relevant seminars and industry events to stay updated on best practices

  • Undertake ad-hoc tasks and special projects as assigned by management

Job Requirements

  • Diploma/ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Corporate Secretarial Studies, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in company secretarial work / CSP.
  • familiar with ACRA regulations and the Singapore Companies Act
  • with basic accounting and tax knowledge
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese
  • Proficiency in Chinese is preferred, especially for communicating with Chinese-speaking clients
  • Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Proactive, able to work independently, and a strong team player
