Corporate Secretarial Executive / Senior Executive
About this job
We are looking for a responsible and experienced Corporate Secretarial Executive/ Senior Executive to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with a solid understanding of Singapore corporate compliance who enjoys working closely with clients and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
Corporate Secretarial & Compliance
Prepare, review, and file statutory documents in accordance with the Singapore Companies Act and ACRA requirements
Handle ACRA BizFile submissions, including changes of officers, annual returns, and other statutory filings
Manage IRAS e-stamping for share transfers in a timely and accurate manner
Maintain and update statutory registers, company records, directors’ and shareholders’ information
Meetings & Governance
experience in Coordinate and support board meetings and shareholders’ meetings (plus point)
Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, resolutions, and related corporate documentation
Client & Regulatory Liaison
- Act as a key point of contact for clients / business development team and regulatory authorities (e.g. ACRA, IRAS)
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of documents and information
- Maintain strong clients/ business relationships through regular communication and support
- Support daily administrative and business operations
Compliance & Risk Management
Review and maintain KYC / CDD documentation for new and existing clients, with a focus on high-risk profiles
Ensure ongoing compliance with applicable laws and regulatory standards
Professional Development & Special Projects
Attend relevant seminars and industry events to stay updated on best practices
Undertake ad-hoc tasks and special projects as assigned by management
Job Requirements
- Diploma/ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Corporate Secretarial Studies, or a related field
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in company secretarial work / CSP.
- familiar with ACRA regulations and the Singapore Companies Act
- with basic accounting and tax knowledge
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese
- Proficiency in Chinese is preferred, especially for communicating with Chinese-speaking clients
- Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proactive, able to work independently, and a strong team player
