Service Advisor

Job Description:

• Greeting customers and scheduling service appointments

• Documenting customers concerns and comments

• Writing job orders and descriptions of problems and repairs

• Explaining and estimate time needed for repairs and cost estimates to customers

• Handling customer complaints

• Inspects work completed by mechanics

• Follow up on job orders to ensure ETC (Estimated time of completion) is met

• To cover duties of colleagues when required

• To close job card in a timely manner

Requirement:

• Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, as well as take on additional responsibilities as assigned

• Self-starter, ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively

• Fast and mesticulous worker

• Eye for details

• Can do and positive attitude
