Talent Sourcer(internship)

Join our executive search firm to help identify, map, and engage C-suite and senior-level leadership talent for industry-leading clients. You will gain hands-on experience in high-stakes candidate research, market mapping, and talent pipeline strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Market Mapping: Research target companies, organizational structures, and industry trends to build prospective candidate pools.

• Talent Sourcing: Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, proprietary databases, and advanced Boolean search to identify VP- and C-level executives.

• Data Management: Maintain, update, and organize candidate profiles and contact logs within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

• Outreach Support: Draft personalized engagement messages and assist consultants with initial outreach strategy.

• Strategy Collaboration: Partner with search consultants to refine candidate profiles based on client requirements.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Human Resources, Communications, Psychology, or related fields.

• Strong online research and analytical skills; familiarity with Boolean logic is a plus.

• High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
