Product Manager – AI Gateway

We are representing a global leader in the Technology AI Space in search for Product Manager (ToB)

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market and competitor research across the AI Gateway, LLMOps and AI infrastructure space.
• Work closely with customers to understand their needs and translate them into product requirements.
• Own the product roadmap from concept to launch, including PRDs, user stories, feature planning and priorities.
• Lead the development of key product features such as Unified API, Smart Routing, Semantic Cache, Observability and Enterprise Governance.
• Create product prototypes using tools such as Figma or Axure and work with UI/UX designers to improve user experience.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering, QA, Security and Design teams to manage product development and releases.
• Act as the Product Owner, managing product backlog, sprint priorities, product demos and releases.
• Support Sales and Solutions teams with customer demos, POCs and solution design.
• Work with Marketing and Customer Success teams on product launches, case studies and product communications.
• Track product performance and customer feedback to continuously improve the product.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Data Science or a related field.
• 5+ years of B2B/SaaS product management experience, with experience taking an enterprise product from development through to launch.
• Strong understanding of API-based and developer-facing products, including REST APIs, SDKs, OAuth/SSO and RBAC.
• Good experience with product prototyping tools such as Figma, Axure or similar.
• Strong experience working with Engineering, Design, QA and other cross-functional teams using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong product thinking, communication and documentation skills.

Good to Have

• Experience with AI, LLM, AI Gateway, LLMOps or AI platform products.
• Familiarity with major LLM providers such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, Qwen and DeepSeek.
• Understanding of technologies such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, LiteLLM, vLLM, MCP or Vector Databases.
• Experience with API Gateway, cloud-native or observability products.
• Experience working with enterprise customers across Southeast Asia, Japan/Korea, the Middle East, Europe or North America.
• Basic coding or scripting knowledge in Python or TypeScript is a plus.
